Listen to FrequencyCast Show 55 - Parking Sensor 30 second review |
Our quick review of the Auto Tecnik sensor kit from Show 55:
It's the size of a chunky compact camera and runs off 3 AA batteries or a 12 V power supply.
It comes with two sensors that stick to the rear of your car, and it helps to make sure you don't hit anything when you reverse.
Get close to something, you hear a series of beeps. Get closer, and the beeps get more urgent, and at less than 40 cm, you get a constant tone.
Keep your car's rear-end safe with this easy to install DIY parking sensor - priced around £20.
