UK streets now Googled

Posted on 19 March 200919 March 2009 By FrequencyCast No Comments on UK streets now Googled

Google Streetmaps for the UK has just been launched.

25 UK towns and cities have now been digitised, with Google’s camera cars patrolling the streets.

Coverage of the following towns and cities is now online: London, Aberdeen, Belfast, Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Coventry, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Southampton, Swansea and York.

Have a look around, and if you were in one of those towns in Summer 2008, you may see yourself!
