Wingmirror Spider’s Web Remover

Posted on 17 August 2008 By FrequencyCast No Comments on Wingmirror Spider’s Web Remover

Spider's WebWhy is it, every morning when I get in my car, some damn spider’s built a web on my right-hand mirror? Surely this isn’t the optimal place to park a web?

This afternoon, I was at McDonalds, sitting by the window watching the drive-thru boys and girls getting their food, and at least one in two cars had a Wing Web, my new name for these intricate, but irritating, arachnid creations.

So, where do Wing Webs come from, and why? And why, while we’re at it (we’re a Tech website, after all), hasn’t someone invented a Wing Web removal tool, or like non-climb paint, some kind of Go-Build-Elsewhere-Mr-Spider spray.

Where’s Ronco when you need it?
